I loved this book and devoured it in one sitting.
The story follows Calla a professional Photographer, who has just landed her dream apartment with her bestie Tori.
Tori is a lazy cow but her character is portrayed not in a bad way as the laziness causes Calla to be in certain places at certain times and it adds to the story.
Due to Tori's laid back attitude Calla decides to end her first night in the building's bar. This is where she meets Kyan, unbeknownst to her is the building owner and owner of the gym he recommends to her.
The Sparks fly between the two from first meeting and the integration between the characters is great.
Kyan isn't a relationship guy, he is a one night guy, he is busy running multiple businesses and is trying hard to get his brother Hunter to be more involved in things, instead of doing the minimum and partying.
Kyan and Calla embark on a sex only arrangement where both are free to pursue other lovers.
This book was great from start to finish, the story flowed well and read at a good pace, I loved the originality of the story and liked how the author made the situation acceptable and I didn't have any adverse feelings towards the love triangle as the author wrote each character so well.
I loved all the characters they all gave their own bit to the story and loved how the best friend was written the way she was as we all have a friend like that, some of us are that friend.
The sex scenes were great and they really pulled the book together, I think this book had a combination of aspects and they all gelled together to make a great read.
